Next social project is implemented in Balakhany settlement

Capital repair and reconstruction work is carried out on the roads (43 thousand m² ) of Balakhani settlement and asphalt cover is renewed in the framework of social project. This project is carried out under the contract signed between Ministry of Economics and “CNIM S.A.”, French company during construction of Baku Waste to Energy plant.
More than 460 tons of ashes were used in the reconstruction of sub base of asphalt in the phase of renewal of roads and these ashes were the result ofincineration of wastes in the Baku Waste to Energy.
It should also be mentioned that a water line with a total length of 87 km was built in Balakhani settlement, 5040 water meters 2 were installed and more than 20 thousand Balakhani residents were provided with drinking water in the framework of this event between 2013-2015.
