Regular study tours to Balakhani Material Recovery Facility, Baku Waste-to-Energy Plant, and Balakhany Industrial Park are organized by “Tamiz Shahar” JSC to inform the citizens about progress on waste management. The participants get the chance to observe the working processes in all fields of activity and get familiarized with their working principles.
More than 2700 people participated in 150 information tours over the years.
