Azerbaijan on The International Environmental Forum

Annual traditional environmental forum on “Waste Management” is held in Druskininkai, Lithuania. With the support of IDEA Campaign and Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lithuania, Azerbaijan participated on this international forum for the first time this year. During the forum, that lasted two days, experiences of government and non-government sectors in waste management, role of the young in this process was discussed.
The representative of Azerbaijan, Head of Project Management and Public Relations Department of “Tamiz Shahar” JSC Ogtay Mammadov informed the participants about successful state policy on waste management in Baku and implemented works.
